• We use third-party payment processors to process payments. Your use of these processors is subject to their terms of service.
• Prices for our Services may change at any time, and we do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of price reductions or promotional offerings.

6. Refund Policy

Our refund policy for courses and other paid services is as follows:

• For courses, you may request a full refund up to 14 days before the start date.
• Cancellations between 14 days and 7 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 7 days before the start date.
• Digital products and online courses are non-refundable once access has been granted.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Services and all Content provided through them, except for User Content, are the property of Waterabbit Public Speaking or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services for their intended purposes, subject to these Terms.

You retain ownership of any User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform your User Content in connection with providing our Services.
